£20,345 Advanced to Lancashire based Flood Protection Business Purchasing A Spray Booth
Sector: Manufacturing
Solution: Hire Purchase
The Client
A Lancashire based market leading manufacturer of patented flood protection solutions, including doors, windows and barriers for both residential and commercial premises.
The Challenge
The client required a specific type of structured funding, based over stage payments to pay for a fully installed spray room in their premises. Payments would ned to be completed in three stages; on order, prior to delivery and upon completion of installation.
The Solution
We facilitated a Finance Lease, advancing the full invoice amount on a 1+59 payment profile, with no director’s guarantees. 50% of the invoice was paid to the supplier on order, followed by 40% prior to delivery and the remaining 10% paid upon installation and satisfaction to the client.
Summary
We executed this transaction by working closely with both the client and supplier, making sure each payment was made on time and as expected. Both client and supplier complimented us on the smoothness of the transaction from start to finish. Job done!
